Family concert: Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin (RSB) plays Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 and compositions and arrangements based on Anatolian traditional music and Beethoven’s “Pastoral” by Sinem Altan!

Since 2001, the TV presenter Yuri Tetzlaff, known from the KiKA, has been designing and presenting classical concerts for the whole family. After “Nachts im Museum mit Mussorgski” (“Night at the Museum with Mussorgsky”), “Babar der kleine Elefant” (“Babar the Little Elephant”) and Ravel’s cycle “Ma mère l’oye” (“Mother Goose”), “Aşkım Beethoven” is already his fifth collaborative project with the RSB and conductor Steffen Tast.

This time, the door to a world, the world of Anatolia, where the music sounds so different, opens unexpectedly.

Together with the Ensemble Olivinn and the Turkish composer Sinem Altan, Juri brings German and Turkish musical culture together.
